Being able to make the necessary decisions to benefit everybody is an essential part of leadership, however the ability to get along and corporate with other people whom you work with and to make them feel great about a specific project, client or job. Getting these people into office in order to work as a team collectively and benefit the whole company is a better sign of the ability to lead others.
